These Terms of Use govern your use of OLMA ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.

The app

OLMA lets you scan products and price tags with your camera and get an AI-generated decision on whether the price is fair, comparing prices in your local and home markets. Core scanning features are free to use with a daily limit. A "Pro" subscription unlocks additional features such as unlimited scans, faster analysis with priority server access, and your full scan history.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

AI-generated content

Price decisions are produced by an AI model using live web search results. Prices change constantly and vary by retailer, region, and time — decisions are estimates, may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, and are provided for general information only. Always verify the price and product details yourself before making a purchase decision. OLMA does not provide financial advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to circumvent scan limits, scrape or resell results, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for purchase decisions made based on the app's output.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
